Chemicals

Responsibilities

Audit outgoing shipments per schedule to verify conformance to customer requirements

Investigate and answer corrective actions for customer quality issues

Evaluates customer returns and control of non-conforming material

Participate in internal and external quality audits

Maintain and update MITS work instructions

Conduct customer specific requirement audits

Assure that all units of operation within the plant adhere to quality standards defined in the Corporate Quality Policy Manual

Take customer calls and investigate issues or report to responsible parties

Maintenance of measurement and test equipment calibration system

Able to do statistical analysis including capability studies and gage R&R

Assist in preparing PPAPs for customer parts

Other duties as needed to support quality
