Junior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal software applications that support business operations and service delivery
Implement backend functionality, including data processing, system logic, and service integrations
Contribute to frontend development for web-based applications, ensuring usability, performance, and responsiveness
Support database-related work, including structured data management, data updates, and system-level data access
Assist with integrating internal systems with external services and platforms
Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues under guidance from senior engineers
Contribute to technical documentation, workflow descriptions, and system support materials
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software design principles
Experience with backend application development and general software engineering best practices
Working knowledge of modern web application development, including component-based frontend frameworks
Experience working with databases and structured data systems, including data access through APIs or service layers
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of experience developing software applications, internal tools, or client-facing systems
Familiarity with cloud-based or distributed application environments and modern deployment models
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred
Experience with serverless or managed application platforms and event-driven architectures
Exposure to multi-platform application development, including web and mobile environments
Experience supporting data migrations, system upgrades, or platform transitions
Experience contributing to system documentation, architectural notes, or process alignment efforts
