Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Relevant work experience and professional references
Experience and working knowledge in Land Use laws and regulations
Experience and working knowledge in Redevelopment laws and regulations
Experience and working knowledge in Permitting and approvals before Planning and Zoning Boards
Experience and working knowledge in Zoning changes and variance applications
Experience and working knowledge in Condemnation and eminent domain matters
Experience and working knowledge in Contract drafting and negotiations
Experience and working knowledge in NJDEP permitting and administrative appeals
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills as the practice evolves
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Proven ability to build relationships and foster teamwork across all levels
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
