Responsibilities
Act as senior technical advisor on complex land development and water resources projects
Provide high-level design expertise, review, and technical oversight to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance
Lead and support project teams through planning, design, permitting, and delivery phases
Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions
Serve as a trusted resource for technical problem-solving and decision-making within the firm
Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals, presentations, and client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
