Responsibilities

Lead pattern making, sample creation, and fit execution for studio projects
Identify and address opportunities in pattern, construction, and manufacturing
Conduct studio-based training and support events in the Apparel Maker Space
Maintain studio inventories and assist with equipment upkeep
Collaborate with design, product management, and manufacturing teams
Track and facilitate project review meetings with leadership

Qualification

Required

5-10 years of advanced pattern making experience
Proficiency with sewing and embroidery machines

Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field
