Responsibilities
Leading and managing engineering projects
Performing detailed technical analyses
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Providing mentorship to junior engineers
Collaborating directly with leadership
Hands on design and development of plans
Overseeing the executing civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in Land Development Projects (Discretionary Permits, Grading Permits, Stormwater Design, Hydraulic and Hydrology Reports, and Project Management)
Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, SWMM, SDHM, HEC-RAS, Revu
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of industry standards, local codes, and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in one or more States is highly preferred (AZ, CA, HI, MA, NV, TN, TX, VA)
