CMEsquared is dedicated to improving clinical care and patient outcomes through high-quality education in dermatology. They are seeking a Grant Outcomes Analyst to own the analysis, reporting, and distribution of CME programs, ensuring the development of the right metrics per grant needs.

Responsibilities

Collect CME program outcome data
Develop PowerPoint or other document templates for presenting outcomes. Iterate on these templates as CME trends and grantor needs shift
Support grants team in creating outcomes for needs assessments
Consult with grant coordinator and Chief Medical Officer around required KPIs needed to be shown in outcomes
Identify ways to analyze outcomes to support education success
Communicate and explain outcomes as needed or allowed to grant funders in collaboration with the CMO
Build outcome results for consumption for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in capturing questions and creating of pre/post-test evaluations
Assist CME grant operations team with other Ad-Hoc tasks

Required

4-year degree from an accredited institution
1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education at any part of the grant lifecycle, but preference for experience in developing outcomes
Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Preferred

preferred proficiency in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
