Responsibilities

Maintain Excellence: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption
Team Collaboration: Communicate and work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective service
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance to proactively address potential issues
Emergency Response: Be ready to respond to urgent situations such as equipment malfunctions or utility failures
Innovate Solutions: Suggest improvements to systems and procedures for better efficiency and guest satisfaction
Record Keeping: Accurately document repairs, inspections, and equipment history
Perform with Pride: Take ownership of your work and support a culture of excellence in hospitality

Required

Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance required
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Skilled in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred

Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus
