Responsibilities

Answer phones and assist customers

Enter and process orders (POs, pricing, delivery dates)

Prepare shipping documents (BOLs) and send tracking info

Coordinate UPS shipments and oversee outgoing freight

Invoice shipped orders

Handle AR tasks, including occasional collection calls

Update customer databases

Process sample and MSDS requests

Support equipment orders and basic tech questions

Work with sales reps on customer accounts

Approve freight bills and update reports

Enter RMAs and vendor invoices

Help with monthly sales and AR reports

Required

High School Diploma

Customer service experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with shipping documentation and order processing, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Purchase Orders (POs), RMAs, invoices, and related paperwork

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
