JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee project execution and ensure alignment across various departments. The role involves managing project scope, delivering accurate drawings, and providing guidance to ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

Communicate project scope and requirements to all relevant departments (engineering, manufacturing, installation, contractors)

Deliver accurate drawings to manufacturing on schedule

Ensure customers fully understand project scope and limitations

Provide supervision and guidance to designers, contractors, and vendors; verify accuracy of work

Maintain records, drawings, manuals, and design calculations throughout the project lifecycle

Manage changes in scope/design and communicate updates to all stakeholders

Complete projects within allotted timescale and budget (target: actual hours within 15% of estimate)

Obtain customer acceptance upon project completion

Accurately size and specify required equipment based on customer requirements

Review equipment layouts with customers and provide Bills of Material for cost estimating

Coordinate with vendors for pricing, specifications, and technical details

Prepare and update proposal drawings and BOMs as needed

Complete proposals on time; communicate delays proactively to Sales and other departments

BSME, BSChE or equivalent degree
