Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with their security systems and smart home technology, ensuring a positive experience and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries
Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers
Perform basic product support
Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers
Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services
Qualification
Required
Ability to demonstrate patience and genuine compassion
A knack for solving problems and making people feel heard
Comfort with technology and multitasking across systems
Effective communication skills—clear, kind, and confident
A high school diploma
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred
Call center experience is a plus but not required
