Associate Director, Compliance

Responsibilities
Lead execution of the compliance auditing and monitoring program including annual planning, coordination and oversight of third-party vendors, scheduling and execution of live and virtual monitoring activities and compliance audits, analysis of results, and tracking and follow-up of remediation and corrective actions
Manage administration of the compliance disclosure and reporting case management system, including case intake, tracking, reporting, and system maintenance. Support compliance investigations through case research, documentation, interview coordination, and preparation of investigation summaries and reports. Track disciplinary actions and remediation actions to completion
Support execution of the annual compliance Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan (RAMP), including risk survey administration, analysis of outputs, and tracking and management of mitigation actions
Develop reports periodically to identify potential compliance risks, trends, and areas for continuous improvement
Provide ongoing compliance support to employees by responding to questions and concerns, supporting compliance education and training initiatives, and reinforcing a culture of compliance and ethics across the organization
Assist the Compliance Officer and Compliance Leadership Team with special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences or related Consulting
Proficient in Federal Healthcare Program requirements and FDA requirements
Demonstrated strong ethics and integrity
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment
Strong analytical skills
Must have the ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal partners across all levels and work well in teams
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Self-starter and proactive
Preferred
Certification of Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) a plus
