Responsibilities
Lead high-impact Americas Operations initiatives from strategy through execution
Drive projects across Finance/Budgeting, leadership communications cadence, and AI-related initiatives
Manage and align competing senior stakeholder priorities , ensuring clarity and forward momentum
Develop polished, executive-level presentations and narratives for leadership forums
Lead senior leadership discussions with confidence, credibility, and strong storytelling
Translate complex inputs into one clear solution and execution path
Apply structured change management principles to drive adoption and measurable outcomes
Establish project governance, milestones, and accountability across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of Project Management experience in complex, enterprise environments
Background in Management Consulting (Big 4 or similar) or strong PM experience within hospitality or operations-heavy organizations
Demonstrated experience taking work from strategy through delivery
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders
Proven ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear decisions and action plans
Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
Strong change management experience (formal or applied)
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience supporting Operations or Finance-led initiatives
Exposure to AI or advanced analytics projects (business-led, not technical delivery)
Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
Experience operating in matrixed, global, or regional organization
