Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled "Cloud Engineer" with strong hands-on experience in AWS, Python, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation)
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of multiple AWS services and the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications
This role is focused on cloud engineering and infrastructure automation, not primarily on direct AWS Connect work
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree with more than 8 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (compute, storage, networking, security, etc.)
Proficiency in Python for automation and application development
Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation (must-have)
Ability to design and build cloud-native applications and infrastructure
Experience implementing best practices for scalability, security, and reliability in AWS
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with AWS Connect and/or call center solutions is highly desired
