Akkodis is seeking an Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics Sr. Analyst with strong data validation and data quality skills for a fully remote role. The Sr. CJA Analyst will perform data validation and the delivery of accurate workspaces and reports.

Responsibilities

Build Campaign & Digital Workspaces and/or Reports

Utilize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics (AA) and be responsible for answering data validation questions and solving complex questions that surface as part of analyses and KPI shifts

Using CJA and/or AA - acute ability to troubleshoot, validate, and investigate any nuances in the data to ensure accuracy and integrity of the decision made

Lead environment clean up exercises as necessary, pulling from past knowledge & industry best practices

Development of accurate reports that track the performance of various personalization campaigns, as well as digital site performance

Translate business requirements into clear, accessible dashboards and reports that enable teams to monitor and evaluate campaign performance

Support stakeholders by increasing accessibility of data & insights through workspaces and report validation

SME knowledge & ownership of Signet Adobe datasets (CJA, AA)

Work cross-functionally with stakeholder teams such as Ecommerce, Personalization/CRM, CDP to align on data integrity, reporting requirements and defined metrics to ensure data needs are prioritized and met

Demonstrates deep understanding into the impact of how data influences business decisions

Conduct audits of dimensions, events, and calculated metrics to maintain data integrity

Required

Must be a CJA and AA Subject Matter Expert with at least 3 years of experience in CJA

Must be an expert in data validation within CJA, including data culling, data quality, data cleansing, and building workspaces to verify data coming through

Proficient with SQL for querying large datasets

Knowledge in multi-channel workspaces; configuring data views; attribution and identity stitching; metrics classifications, and segments; KPI shifts; event firings

Deep understanding of business objectives and campaign strategies to validate end-to-end date accuracy – from initial business requirements to campaign execution in the CDP, to outcome tracking in Customer Journey Analytics. Ensure results align with intent to proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies
