Responsibilities
Support and maintain on-prem infrastructure for multiple client environments
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
Support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
Work with hardware, storage, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or network engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
Networking fundamentals
Virtualization technologies
Physical server and storage infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
Prior MSP or IT services experience
