Responsibilities
Crafting compelling and precise responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of contributions
Maintaining a library of RFP responses and materials
Leading and independently determining the end-to-end bid management and pre-sales process
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop bid strategies aligned with business objectives
Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key differentiators
Developing comprehensive bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Identifying and utilizing tools to ensure an efficient and smooth bid management process
Leading the bid team in creating compelling proposals that showcase capabilities and value proposition
Writing and editing proposal content, ensuring clarity and conciseness
Coordinating with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and technical details
Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with bids and proposing mitigation strategies
Ensuring all submissions adhere to RFP requirements and organizational standards
Approving final proposal documents before submission
Identifying and implementing improvements in the proposal development process
Evaluating proposal content quality and tracking proposal win rates and submission timeliness
Collaborating with various teams to gather input for proposals
Fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Overseeing the final preparation and submission of bids and proposals
Coordinating with the bid team to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience
2-3 years banking experience
Experience in product and/or project management
Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Experience in writing business and product requirements
Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, procedures, and practices
Knowledge of bank operating systems and commercial banking practices
Knowledge of product development, pricing, and implementation
Current knowledge of treasury/payment systems compliance requirements
Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written/oral communications skills
Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy
Required annual compliance training
