Required

5+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry

Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis

Strong SQL skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries)

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and OneNote

Preferred

Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective verbal and written communication

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to learn quickly and work independently
