Responsibilities
Serve as the senior HR leader for a large, unionized manufacturing facility, providing visible, credible, and consistent leadership
Own day-to-day labor relations, including contract execution, interpretation, and issue resolution
Partner closely with plant leadership while maintaining independent HR judgment on legal, ethical, and cultural matters
Lead core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive HR experience with some experience in manufacturing
Experience in unionized manufacturing environments
Proven ability to operationalize labor agreements
Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and comfortable rebuilding culture
