Responsibilities
Assist with design development: sketches, mood boards, color stories, trend research
Help build and update tech packs, line sheets, CADs, and presentation decks
Support fabric, trim, and material sourcing; maintain swatch library and references
Track samples and maintain organized sample inventory; label, archive, and manage prototypes
Communicate with local and overseas factories under Creative Director guidance
Assist in fittings: prepare garments, take notes, document revisions
Manage sample pick-ups, deliveries, and small production errands
Assist with photoshoot prep: styling pulls, steaming, organizing looks
Support brand/marketing team with occasional content (flat lays, BTS moments, product captures)
Maintain studio organization and help optimize daily workflow
Qualification
Required
Early-career talent (0–1 year) or recent graduate in Fashion Design, Apparel, or related field
Strong interest in women's fashion and hands-on learning
Basic Adobe Illustrator skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Positive communicator with a collaborative mindset
Willing to perform a range of tasks — creative, operational, and logistical
Preferred
Familiarity with tech packs
