Business Systems Analyst - Epic Willow Certified-W2 Only
Exarca Inc. is a healthcare-focused company seeking a Business Systems Analyst who is Epic Willow Certified. The role involves serving as the primary Business Analyst for Epic Willow and other pharmacy applications, translating technical needs into clear requirements, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Business Analyst for the Epic Willow and Sentri 7 Pharmacy IT Application Owner and other assigned pharmacy applications
Must be Epic Willow Certified
Translate operational and technical needs into clear requirements, deliverables, and design artifacts
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through structured working sessions, documentation, and decision tracking
Elicit, document, and validate requirements for pharmacy initiatives (80% inpatient / 20% ambulatory), including workflow, data, and reporting impacts
Review and refine business requirements to ensure completeness and testability
Provide SME-level guidance during implementation phases, clarifying requirements and surfacing risks/issues early
Collaborate with Clinical Informaticists to support Epic workflows (ordering, verification, dispensing, MAR/BCMA)
Partner with interface/integration teams to define and validate HL7/FHIR requirements
Support UAT planning and execution, including test script development and defect triage
Track post-go-live stabilization issues and document optimization opportunities
Act as a communication and escalation point for pharmacy-related operational issues
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Realtime experience with Business Systems Analyst - Epic Willow
Must be Epic Willow Certified
5+ years of work experience with Stakeholder Engagement
