Responsibilities
Lead and own the frontend architecture for a complex, AI-driven product
Drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance frontend systems using modern web technologies
Mentor and lead frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career growth support
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive, polished user experiences
Establish and evolve frontend best practices around performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Translate complex workflows and AI concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces
Proactively identify UX and technical gaps—and drive solutions end-to-end
Stay current with emerging frontend trends and apply them thoughtfully where they create real value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of frontend development experience, ideally in product-focused or high-growth environments
Strong, hands-on experience with React (required). Experience with Next.js is a plus
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend patterns, and state management
Excellent command of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks
Strong understanding of performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
Experience leading projects or teams—whether formally or informally
A product mindset: you care deeply about usability, polish, and customer impact
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience designing or scaling frontend platforms from early stages
UI/UX sensibilities and the ability to partner closely with design
Prior experience in AI, automation, developer tools, or complex enterprise products
