The Assistant Manager, Communications & Advocacy will support the development of influencer marketing plans and collaborate with various teams to enhance brand performance and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for non-agency influencer programs, proactively developing and fostering relationships with content creators to generate engaging brand content
Lead the ongoing discovery and vetting of new influencers, maintaining and updating the influencer relationship management database (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr)
Execute community management strategy for owned social channels (No7, Soap & Glory), including assisting the agency and engaging directly with the community
Manage all internal and external ad-hoc sample requests, coordinating with the PR & Influencer Coordinator on product inventory
Assist the PR & Influencer Manager in managing external agencies to ensure best-in-class program implementation and delivery of results
Collaborate with the Social and Brand Marketing teams on creating effective influencer briefs and ideating social-focused programming
Support influencer outreach strategies, including assisting with event planning and the execution of creative mailings
Monitor media and influencer trends to support campaign development and identify new engagement opportunities
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking and performance reports using analytical platforms to capture insights on campaign effectiveness
Build and share presentations that communicate project performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Administrate monthly budget tracking and invoice submissions to ensure timely vendor payments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in PR and Influencer Marketing, either in-house or at an agency
Demonstrated experience building influencer relationships and executing community management strategies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Agency experience and existing relationships within the beauty industry are strongly preferred
Experience with social analytics and influencer management tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, Traackr, Cision)
Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles is a plus
Experience mentoring or training junior team members on processes and systems
A creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
