Responsibilities

Manage inventory control processes, procedures, and personnel

Oversee receiving, quality workflows, production material movement, BOM accuracy, shrink investigations, and shipping transactions

Work closely with our finance team to ensure proper controls, accounting, and audits

Maintain and optimize SAP Business One and LISA inventory functions

Develop and deliver training programs for all staff interacting with inventory

Lead cycle counts, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in managing inventory control systems, processes, procedures, and personnel including inventory warehouse transfers and controls

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) particularly SAP Business One and LISA

Strong understanding of receiving, quality processes, production flow, BOMs, shrink, and shipping

Experience with designing and implementing training programs for all personnel that touch inventory

Minimum Associate's degree
