Client Success Manager, Platforms
Cognitiv is an innovative AdTech company transforming media buying through their Deep Learning Advertising Platform. The Client Success Manager, Platforms will manage key platform partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving performance while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Be the trusted partner. You’ll serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of platform partners, developing a deep understanding of their business goals, workflows, and success metrics
Deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll respond to partner needs with urgency and clarity, coordinate solutions across teams, and build trust through consistent follow-through
Own performance insights. You’ll monitor and analyze performance trends to surface risks, opportunities, and optimization ideas — and know when and how to escalate insights internally
Become a platform expert. You’ll build strong fluency in Cognitiv’s platform and how it fits into each partner’s tech stack, integrations, and operating model
Guide adoption and implementation. You’ll help partners navigate onboarding, feature launches, and ongoing adoption to ensure a smooth, effective experience
Support strategic partnerships. You’ll work alongside the Sr. Client Success Manager to manage complex relationships, bespoke setups, and evolving partner needs
Be the voice of the partner internally. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure partner feedback is clearly communicated and meaningfully acted on
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in programmatic media or ad tech, ideally in a client-facing role like Client Success, Account Management, Solutions, or Platform Success
Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, or media platforms — including deal setup, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization
Comfortable analyzing performance trends and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
Ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences and present confidently in client-facing conversations, both written and verbal
Demonstrated reliability, clarity, and execution in building trust with partners
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
Previous experience at an SSP or DSP and understanding of how platform partnerships function
Preferred
Experience supporting bespoke or non-standard integrations
Exposure to retail media networks or publisher-side platforms
Familiarity with ML-driven optimization or performance products
Experience supporting senior-level partner stakeholders
Background in Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
