Responsibilities

Lead and execute infrastructure and cloud projects end to end
Perform Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure AD/Intune deployments, and cloud builds
Design and implement server, network, and security solutions
Serve as Tier 3 escalation support and technical authority
Guide clients (including C-level stakeholders) through technical decisions
Assist with project planning, documentation, and execution
Mentor junior engineers and support the service team when needed

Required

Microsoft 365 (migrations, administration, security)
Azure AD, Intune, and cloud architecture
Windows Server environments
Networking: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing/switching
Scripting and automation
Tier 2.5 / Tier 3 engineer with strong project ownership experience
Comfortable running projects autonomously from start to finish
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and accountable—someone who gets things done
Excited to grow with a small team that has a lot of upward momentum

Preferred

Cisco Meraki experience is a big plus
PSA/RMM tools (Autotask, Datto preferred)
Security tools and frameworks (NIST, CIS, Zero Trust, etc.)
