Assisting with a variety of real estate transactions and related legal documentation

Preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and other corporate materials

Supporting due diligence efforts, including research and review of property-related information

Coordinating timelines, reports, and internal communications for legal matters

Managing legal files, records, and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document execution

Assisting with incident reporting and helping maintain company-wide risk management procedures

Offering guidance on risk processes and escalating issues when necessary
