Analyst - Pricing

Responsibilities
Build clear, data-driven pricing proposals and recommend rate structures for Merchant Acquisition initiatives, leveraging internal and external data, competitive intelligence, and industry research to inform pricing strategies and maintain pricing integrity
Process Intro Funds requests end‑to‑end: validate eligibility, prepare decision memos/term sheets, obtain required approvals, and ensure documentation aligns to the published Pricing Policy, SOP and governance standards
Own the Exception Pricing workflow when pricing updates stem from Industry Code changes or control remediation. Prepare EP templates, reconcile volumes/rates, and drive timely approvals so partner teams can execute updates/refunds
Build strong working relationships with MASE and RCCG Client Management teams; act as the pricing point‑of‑contact to align priorities and close actions ahead of merchant meetings
Qualification
Required
0–3 years experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or strategy (payments/merchant ecosystem a plus)
Strong analytical toolkit: Excel (modeling & sensitivity analysis), comfort with large datasets; SQL/Python a plus
Structured communicator with executive presence; can translate analysis into crisp recommendations
High ownership and bias for action in a fast‑paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and multi‑partner workflows
Relationship builder who collaborates across Pricing, Merchant Acquisition, Client Management (RCCG), Operations, and risk/compliance partners
Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that places a premium on driving results
