Responsibilities

Lead scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom to understand client needs
Walk clients through personalized benefit options and support their enrollment
Maintain accurate records and deliver a client-first experience
Collaborate with mentors and teammates in ongoing training sessions
Build long-term client relationships while developing your own career path

Qualification

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident using Zoom and other virtual tools
Genuine passion for serving others and contributing to a greater mission
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam required

Preferred

Previous customer service or consultative experience is a plus (not required)
