Responsibilities
Engage engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other partners to understand business needs, validate feasibility, align priorities, and deliver high-quality DTB solutions
Advance enterprise Design-to-Build practices (PLM integration, BOM management, routings, MRP, scheduling, and maintenance processes) to support product development and manufacturing scale
Own and evolve the DTB product roadmap, using customer insights and end-to-end process understanding to shape strategy and continuous improvement
Craft clear capability definitions and user stories that guide both business and technical teams toward outcome-driven delivery
Influence and negotiate priorities across multiple product and technology groups to ensure cohesive execution and streamlined user experiences
Act as a DTB product evangelist—promoting best practices, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring tools are implemented with scalability and long-term value in mind
Analyze operational and data-driven insights to size opportunities, diagnose root causes, and inform product decisions (e.g., build-vs-buy, TCO, ROI)
Lead vendor evaluations and integrations, and partner with internal development teams when custom solutions are required
Build business cases, including total cost of ownership, investment tradeoffs, and value realization
Document new/existing capabilities and support knowledge transfer, including training SMEs on updated functionality
Qualification
Required
10+ years implementing and optimizing ERP/PLM solutions within manufacturing environments
Full command of DTB processes, including PLM, BOM structure, routings, configuration management, MRP, production scheduling, and maintenance planning
Strong product management acumen: roadmap creation, requirements development, user story creation, and translating ambiguous needs into scalable solutions
End-to-end business process understanding spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, finance, and accounting
Executive-level communication and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in fast-moving environments
Proven success delivering enterprise initiatives involving multiple systems, data sources, and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills (systems thinking, 5-whys, quantitative and qualitative analysis)
Hands-on experience with modern cloud ERP/PLM platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Teamcenter, Enovia)
U.S. Person (required due to access to export-control/iTAR federal regulations)
Preferred
aerospace/defense or similarly complex industries strongly preferred
