Administrative Assistant
Connect Search, LLC is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in a professional services office. This role is key in delivering a polished, welcoming client experience while supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first impression by professionally greeting clients in person and over the phone
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism
Compose, review, and respond to client communications in a clear, professional tone
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling support and office coordination
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a professional services environment (accounting, legal, financial services, or similar preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and composure
