This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production scheduling for designated part families
Translate customer demand, forecasts, and delivery requirements into released work orders
Coordinate work orders, routings, BOMs and priorities across operations
Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as needed to address delays, engineering changes, or capacity constraints
Ensure materials are available to support production schedules
Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory teams to resolve material shortages and lead-time issues
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program Management to align schedules with engineering releases, quality requirements, and customer requirements
Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes by updating plans and schedules accordingly
Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders
Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure planning and scheduling activities comply with aerospace standards and regulations
Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and support internal and external audits as required
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated Production Planner/Scheduler to support aerospace manufacturing operations
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production plans and schedules
Ensure on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve scheduling and material constraints
Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors to plan and execute weekly and monthly production throughput
Strong understanding of assigned work statements to identify trends, risks, and schedule-related issues
Proactively drive effective solutions
Develop and maintain detailed production scheduling for designated part families
Translate customer demand, forecasts, and delivery requirements into released work orders
