Responsibilities
Greet clients, collect necessary documents and fingerprints, address inquiries, and provide information on services
Organize client documentation, manage files, and confirm appointments for the Strategy Specialist
Assist in the sales process by explaining contract terms, benefits, and following up with prospective clients under the Strategy Specialist’s guidance
Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and cover client meetings in the Strategy Specialist's absence
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required for effective client interaction)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with clients
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
Customer Service: Skillful at fostering positive client relationships, supporting a client-centered experience
Sales Support Motivation: Highly motivated to assist in achieving sales goals with a strong track record in administrative or sales support
Empathy and Rapport: Ability to discuss sensitive topics with clients tactfully and professionally
Preferred
Further education in business administration, sales, or related field
Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software
