Responsibilities

Lead strategic conversations with internal stakeholders, including Service Line Leaders, Operational leaders, and Executives, to identify overarching problems and opportunities

Extrapolate complex business problems and identify where/how similar challenges could be identified across multiple Departments

Develop approaches and strategies to implement projects that address identified challenges, with a focus on technology capabilities or tech-enabled services

Be well versed in the rapid change of vendor capabilities to determine and recommend feasible solutions

Engage with multiple internal departments – Information Technology, Management Engineering, Operations, Finance, Clinical Quality, etc. – to ensure alignment of recommended solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, STEM, or equivalent experience

Clinical Degree – RN, BSN, MD, DO, PharmD, or similar clinical background, with operational experience

Minimum 4 years' experience in strategy execution – collaborating across multiple departments, leading projects, tracking ROI

Minimum 3 years' experience in non-clinical operations – collaborating with regulatory, IT, IT Security, Field Operations, Compliance, Legal

Ability to quickly learn complex health system priorities, mandates, and regulatory & financial constraints

Be well versed on learning system strategic initiatives to identify potential areas of investment or deeper investigation

Skills must include strong communication, writing, presentation skills with ability to build and maintain strategic relationship network within the healthcare ecosystem
