Responsibilities

Co-leads strategic workstreams for assigned brands with active thought input and participation providing hands-on strategic direction and executional guidance in partnership with multidisciplinary teams

Data-Driven Optimization: Partners closely with the Insights and Analytics Lead to track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and measure key metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates

Challenges thinking and ideas, both internally and externally, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and overall impact

Provides insight into emerging technology trends including AI, partnership opportunities, and online developments affecting healthcare for our clients and the agency at large.Manages daily business needs and strategic commercial vision for assigned accounts with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to support client goals and account health
