Responsibilities
Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Collaborate with department leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including FP&A and strategic planning
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and forecasting best practices
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work onsite in Chicago Monday through Wednesday
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience in the staffing industry strongly preferred
