Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and industry partners
Network through business events and industry gatherings
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed goals
Provide expert product knowledge and technical support
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Stay informed on product and market trends
Collaborate with retail teams to enhance the professional paint experience
Use sales tools to manage interactions and improve efficiency
Travel extensively within your territory to meet customers and drive growth
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of paint products and application techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and collaborate with diverse teams
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel extensively (70%-80%) within your assigned region
Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events
Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years in sales (paint/coatings or B2B experience)
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
