Postbaccalaureate Research Scholar - Rankin Lab

They are seeking a Postbaccalaureate Research Scholar for hands-on experience in the Rankin Lab, where scholars will engage in experimental design, lab techniques, and data analysis under close mentorship.

Responsibilities

Learning to use molecular genetics techniques, cell free extracts, live-cell imaging, and protein purification in research experiments
Conducting experiments with guidance from a senior scientist to explore chromosome dynamics
Maintenance of detailed digital records
Preparation and maintenance of laboratory stocks, including media, solutions, and reagents

Required

BA/BS degree in biological sciences, physics, chemistry, or related area
