Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients

Conduct initial client intake interviews and gather relevant case information

Screen potential cases and accurately document details in the firm’s case management system

Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars

Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients

Follow up with potential clients and manage intake pipeline

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and procedures

Assist with administrative tasks as needed
