Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales territory in the Pittsburgh area by servicing a designated list of accounts and prospecting new opportunities
Visit customer job sites and businesses to quote, sell, introduce new products, promote specials, and assess customer needs
Participate in a structured onboarding and training program at the New Castle or Oil City location before transitioning to the Pittsburgh territory
Set and track sales and profit goals for your territory in collaboration with branch and sales management
Submit a weekly call planner outlining planned activities and objectives
Maintain detailed, up-to-date territory records and assist the credit department as needed
Uphold a professional image through appearance, attitude, and customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service focus and relationship-building ability
Reliable daily transportation for travel throughout the Pittsburgh area
