Responsibilities

Advise clients on family law matters, providing strategic and practical legal guidance

Maintain strong communication and rapport with family law clients

Represent clients in family law legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations

Conduct legal research and draft documents related to family law, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop and implement effective family law case strategies

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the Alaska Bar and in good standing

Knowledge and experience with Alaska family law

Ability to manage multiple family law cases and meet deadlines with precision
