Marketing Account Manager
CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Account Manager position for our client. The role involves managing day-to-day execution and partner relationships across assigned eCommerce accounts, executing marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution and partner relationships across assigned eCommerce accounts
Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, coordinating internally to resolve requests
Execute approved marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Ensure campaign assets and partner deliverables are accurate and on schedule
Track performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue) and support reporting needs
Support special program initiatives, including store setup, training, and enablement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX teams
Identify risks, gaps, or execution issues and proactively escalate
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Account Management, eCommerce Operations, Digital Marketing, or Program Coordination
Experience supporting partner or client-facing accounts
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, online promotions, and campaign execution
Comfort working with performance data and basic reporting
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
