They are seeking an experienced Licensed Michigan Journeyman Electrician to join their growing Service team, responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and trouble shoot electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code

Provided teaching, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices learning the trade

Travels to regionally based customers locations to perform complex industrial and commercial work in construction, and service scenarios

Knowledge of primary installations and terminations

Trouble shoot relay logic & PLC controlled equipment

Maintain compliance with all OSHA, Hillard electric, and customer safety requirements and company policies

Performs wire and cable pulls

Install feeders and makes standard motor connections

Participate in safety talk, audits, and related safety activities

Immediately identify, correct, and/or report unsafe acts, conditions or incidents

Work with Utility Providers

Participate in CPR, First aid, and OHSA 10- hour training
