Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of market-rate multifamily properties
Monitor KPIs including occupancy, rent growth, expense control, and NOI; develop strategies to improve results
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
Review budgets, financial statements, and variance reports; identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost savings
Conduct regular property inspections and implement performance improvement plans
Manage capital projects, ensuring timely completion and maximum ROI
Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning to maintain asset competitiveness
Support acquisitions and dispositions through operational due diligence and performance forecasting
Lead operational oversight of market-rate multifamily properties, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices
Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, including occupancy, rent growth, expense control, and NOI
Partner with property management teams to implement strategies that enhance resident experience and operational efficiency
Review and approve annual budgets, monthly financial statements, and variance reports; identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, operational execution, and compliance with brand standards
Develop and execute performance improvement plans, including revenue optimization and expense reduction initiatives
Oversee capital projects and ensure timely completion within budget while maximizing ROI
Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning to adjust strategies and maintain asset competitiveness
Support acquisition and disposition efforts through operational due diligence and performance projections

Required

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
5+ years of asset management experience with a focus on market-rate multifamily operations
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze operational performance metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Strong understanding of property management, leasing strategies, and operational KPIs
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
