Interim Physicians is a leading change agent in the healthcare staffing industry, celebrating over 40 years of service. They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to build relationships with physicians and match them with job opportunities, ensuring vital patient care gaps are filled.
Responsibilities
Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine the proper fit
Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive, always working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties
