Responsibilities

Performing daily facility checks, supervising hourly associates, and ensuring all sanitation tasks are completed

Training staff on chemical use, sanitation standards, and safety procedures; identifying ongoing training needs

Maintaining clean, organized chemical storage areas and serving as a secondary contact for chemical/linen vendors

Conducting routine dish machine checks and ensuring corrective actions from audits/inspections are completed

Supporting the Sanitation Manager in implementing the Master Sanitation Plan and leading with a hands-on, accountable approach

Completing end-of-shift reports summarizing task completion, staffing updates, and operational issues
