Responsibilities

Participate in an initial onboarding session, followed by quarterly virtual board meetings
Provide strategic guidance on public-sector trends, emerging needs, and agency priorities
Offer insight into government operations, procurement, talent needs, and technology modernization
Advise on organizational structure, program development, and market expansion
Serve as an advocate for Quantam’s mission of elevating workforce delivery to government entities
Contribute to long-term planning, governance discussions, and strategic advisory initiatives

Qualification

Required

Minimum 10–20+ years of progressive leadership experience
Director-level, executive-level, or military senior-officer experience in government or statewide IT

A commitment to strengthening government service delivery through innovative workforce solutions
