Qualification
Required
Completion of high school
2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of mortgage customer service
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task while on call
Working knowledge of all areas related to mortgage loan servicing
Ability to maintain high level of control and professionalism under difficult and/or stressful circumstances
Effective cooperative working relationships with peers and departments
