Servicenow Architect

They are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, driving architectural strategy and guiding complex implementations.

Responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, and related modules
Define architectural vision, standards, and roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Architect scalable and secure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, cloud platforms, and custom APIs)
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM alignment, and platform governance
Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to support business workflows
Continuously optimize platform performance, usability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Enforce coding standards, deployment best practices, and quality controls
Establish governance frameworks covering access controls, data integrity, update sets, and release management
Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, advising on automation opportunities and platform capabilities
Produce detailed architecture documentation, diagrams, workflows, and implementation guides
Lead platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements with minimal operational impact
Align implementations with new ServiceNow releases and features
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
3+ years in a Lead Architect or Solution Architect role
Deep expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
Extensive experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server integrations
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management)
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems
