Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
Investigate system behavior through log analysis, performance review, and root-cause identification
Collaborate with internal engineering, security, and project teams to coordinate fixes, improvements, and system optimizations
Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities
Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows, technical requirements, and operational constraints
Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio
Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded

Required

5–10 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role
Strong analytical mindset and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems
Solid experience with networking fundamentals and Windows and/or Linux environments
Comfortable working directly with customers and clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen technical expertise

Preferred

Experience with healthcare IT, DICOM, HL7, SQL, cloud infrastructure, or virtualization is beneficial but not required
